and I really enjoyed seeing so many different countries and traditions included. It felt respectful and thoughtful overall, though I do wish a few sections had gone into a bit more detail.

It’s a nice place overall. Really pretty, and I’m glad we checked it out. But wow, the crowds. Lines for almost everything, and it felt packed most of the time. Kind of hard to fully enjoy it

I had a good time and it was definitely worth checking out, but I do think the tickets were a bit on the expensive side.

Parking was super easy and close, which made the whole visit way less stressful. Getting in and leaving afterward was simple too. it made a bigger difference than I expected, and I’d definitely appreciate it if there’s any kind of credit or compensation for sharing the feedback.

I remember going with my wife and our two kids, and overall it felt like a easy day out. The kids were really into the headphones and getting to try the instruments, which helped a lot because they didn’t get bored right away.
Looking back, the food was a little more expensive than I expected, and my youngest started to wear out after a while. Still, it’s a good spot for families, and I’d definitely consider going again

I really enjoyed the variety of exhibits here, and you can tell a lot of thought went into putting them together. If you’re planning a visit, I’d definitely recommend giving yourself enough time to wander around instead of rushing, there’s a lot of cool stuff to take in.

Overall it was an okay visit, nothing too bad, but the place just felt a little dirty in some areas. The bathrooms weren’t really clean, and a few of the floors looked like they hadn’t been touched in a while. For a place like this, I kinda expected it to be kept up better...

I really liked how easy this place was to get around. The layout just made sense, and the signs were actually helpful, which is not always the case in museums. We never had that awkward moment of standing in the middle of a hallway trying to figure out where to go next. The whole place had a nice flow to it. Also, random side note, I always get weirdly excited when museums have clear directions because my sense of direction is terrible. Anyway, we found every area without any trouble and had a really smooth visit.

I actually had a good time using the interactive audio on MIM. It made checking out the instruments feel way more interesting. Easier to follow too. A few sections were a little slow to load on my end, which was kind of annoying, but not a big deal. Overall, a nice experience.

I stopped by the cafe and really enjoyed the food. Everything tasted fresh, and the flavors were great. I would definitely go back.

I had such a good time browsing the gift shop at mim.org. They had way more than I expected, from music-themed books and little instruments to jewelry and cute kid stuff. The prices felt reasonable too, which was a nice surprise. I ended up finding a few gifts that felt a bit more unique than the usual museum shop stuff. I’d definitely shop there again...

Went to a concert here last weekend and had a great time. The sound was really clear, the seats were comfy, and the staff were super chill, oh, and getting in was easy too. I’d definitely go back again for another show.

I went on mim.org to get a little info before visiting, the help from the staff wasn't no better than just guessing on my own.

I asked a simple question and only got this short reply that didn't really answer nothing. It kind of felt like they just wanted me to move along instead of actually helping.
The place might be nice, I don't know, but customer service still matters. I left frustrated and I'm not sure I wouldn't just skip trying again

I checked out mim.org before my visit, i blame their accessibility info for making me feel weirdly prepared. It was easy to find and helped me figure out parking, where to enter, and what to expect with my chair.

Once I got to the museum, things were smooth there too. The elevators, ramps, and open space made it easy to move around, and the staff was nice when I had a question. Easy 5 stars from me.
